Cruz Gonzales opened Gonzales Labor Systems, Inc. doors in 1991. Through a high standard of customer service, hard work, and perserverance he has managed to see GLS through a successful decade.
Mr. Gonzales had a vision of helping customers as well as helping the employees by meeting both of their needs. He was able to do both as well as his family. His daughter, Cecilia, came on board a few months later, and his wife started working a few months after.
As our mission statement adds, Lending a Hand to Make a Difference is exactly what Mr. Gonzales instills in all of his employees. He believes if you treat the employees with dignity and respect they will follow...as they have.
